We continue to celebrate our students’ research accomplishments at the annual BBB Student Research Symposium.
A distinguishing feature of the BBB major is the emphasis placed on creating knowledge through research, with close mentoring by prominent scientists in the field of neuroscience. In the last two years, at least half of the BBB majors participated in independent research projects, some of which lead to the students co-authoring (with their faculty advisor) articles in top scientific journals. Students who meet the requirements can earn BBB Honors for their research, presented at the Annual BBB Student Research Symposium.
